方案一：2016年1月30日(周六)至2016年2月13日(周六)，其中2016年1月30日至2016年2月6日请年假。
方案二：2016年2月7日(周日)至2016年2月21日(周日)，其中2016年2月14日至2016年2月19日请年假。

春节加班工资怎么算?
春节7天假其实由两部分组成，即法定节假日和休息日。2月19日、2月20日和2月21日是法定节假日，用人单位在这三天安排劳动者工作，应按不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的300%支付加班工资。2月18日、2月22日、2月23日和2月24日是休息日，在此期间安排加班的，如不能补休，按照200%支付加班工资。
目前，如果按最低工资标准1260元/月，法定节假日的工资是平常日工资的'3倍，而休息日的工资是平常日工资的2倍，而计算加班工资时，日工资按平均每月工作时间21.75天折算。
也就是说2015年春节加班，你能拿到的加班费最低为984.81元。至于2016年春节能拿到多少加班费，这就只有到手了才知道啦!
