But I understand that to get out of poverty, relying on heaven and earth is just futile. Perhaps most of you have heard Xinyang Maojian tea. It’s the special local product of my hometown. I was born in a small village at the foot of the Dabie mountains. There are green mountains , carved rivers and beautiful tea-gardens. I am very proud of it.
Now, I am a student of Henan university and I will graduate in June this year. My major is tourism management. In the past 3 years, I spend most of my time on study. As i said before,i come from a small mountain village and it was very poor. More and more natives have their own job related to tourism,someone of them became the boss of a hotel and someone worked as a receptionist in the scenic spot. In a word, great changes have taken place in my hometown and the economy has grown rapidly. But there are also some problems. For example,the tourism planning is not very innovative,the tourism publicity is not sufficient and so on. But for me,all that i can do is just finding out these problems,i still cannot think out the way to solve them. So i realize i need to study further,that’s why i came here. I know the tourism management of shaanxi normal university is excellent and i can broad my view in tourism ,and enhance my research ability here. If my application is successful, I will do my best to join the new group and be good at postgraduate study.
